Is it compulsory to fulfil both Module 1 and Module 2 of the Integration Agreement?
The fulfilment of Module 2 is not compulsory for holders of residence permits. The residence permit “Daueraufenthalt – EU” however, can only be acquired when Module 2 is fulfilled.
